All orders are processed in 3-5 business days.  Once processed, your order will be shipped and delivered in 14-21 business days.  To deliver your items to you as quickly as possible, items may sometimes be shipped individually.

To get your items to you as quickly as possible, your items may be shipped individually.  Please allow up to a week from when you received your first item for the rest to catch up.

We do not process orders during federal holidays or Saturday/Sunday.

If your order confirmation says delivered but your package did not arrive, wait a day or two. It's come to our attention the postal service will bulk scan every item in their delivery area which causes the confirmation to say delivered when in fact it hasn't. Usually the postal service will deliver it within 24-48 hours of scanning it.

While we make every effort to ensure delivery of your package, we cannot, unfortunately, be held responsible for lost packages that are caused by the postal service.
