Return Policy

We want you to be happy.

All orders are backed by a 14-day return policy. If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase, return it to us in its unopened and unused condition, for a refund, less shipping.

To initiate a return:

• Please ensure the items are unopened, unused and have all original tags
• Email hello@charbear.com and provide:
• Your full name
• Your order #
• A brief reason for return
• After your email has been reviewed by our returns department (this may take up to 2-3 business days), we will email you a RMA #
• Once you receive your RMA #, please carefully pack the items to be returned and ship the items back to the address on the RMA
• When our returns department receives the package, we will process the items and notify you of return status
• Returns may take up to 7 business days to process

Due to hygienic concerns, we cannot accept the following items for return:

• Footwear
• Headwear
• Swimwear
• Underwear
